4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

4.1 AI Transcription (AssemblyAI)

4.2 AI Summaries (OpenAI)

Transcripts are processed by OpenAI to generate summaries and extract action items. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Video Infrastructure (LiveKit)

4.4 Payment Processing (Stripe)

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 With Meeting Participants

Meeting content (video, audio, transcripts, recordings) is shared with other participants in the meeting.

5.2 With Service Providers

We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support).

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may limit Service functionality.
