Networks Online ("we," "us," "our") operates MeetingBurner, a video conferencing platform with AI-powered features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
Your audio is processed by AssemblyAI to generate transcriptions. Audio data is sent to AssemblyAI servers for processing. See AssemblyAI's Privacy Policy.
Transcripts are processed by OpenAI to generate summaries and extract action items. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Video streams are transmitted through LiveKit's infrastructure. See LiveKit's Privacy Policy.

Meeting content (video, audio, transcripts, recordings) is shared with other participants in the meeting.
We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support).
